Production Manager direct reporting to the CEO
The organization consists of about 180 employees, collective staff and officials.
5 production areas and logistics and production technology/maintenance
Shift in the area of responsibility.
Expectations/knowledge/experience at Interim Manager.
Broad and deep experience of production
Previously served as production manager.
Knowledge of Lean Production.
Experienced leader in industrial operations
Technical background clearly meritorious.
Expectations/on Interim Manager – priority tasks during the Mission:
Ensure efficient production and delivery of products
Develop our "Daily governance" and introduce within the entire organization (own area)
Participate together with other functions for improved teamwork
Develop our work with Lean Production (continuous improvement, efficiency, standardized work, setup times, etc.)
