The service for handling interim missions, recruitments and simplification of the process (the "service") is operated by Teamtailor on behalf of the Scandinavian Executive ("Data Controller" "We" "us" etc.). It is important that the people who use the service (the "users") are confident, and are informed, about how we handle the user's personal data in the recruitment process. We strive to maintain the highest standards of protection for personal data. We process, manage, use and protect the user's personal data in accordance with this Privacy policy ("Privacy Policy").

1. General
We are the data controller in accordance with applicable personal data law. Users ' personal data is processed for the purpose of managing and facilitating the recruitment of employees to our business.

2. Collection of personal data
We are responsible for the processing of personal data that users contribute to the service, or for the personal data that we otherwise collect in relation to the service.

When and how we collect personal data
We collect personal information about users from users, when users:
A) make an application through the service or otherwise add personal data about itself personally or by using a third party, such as Facebook or LinkedIn; And
b) Use the service to connect to our staff, by adding personal data about themselves personally or by using a third party, such as Facebook or LinkedIn.
c) Provide identifiable information in the chat (provided through the website using the service) and information relevant to the application process;

We collect data from third parties, such as Facebook, Linkedin, and through other public sources. This is called "Sourcing" and is performed manually by our employees or automatically in the service.
In some cases, existing employees or people in our network can make recommendations about potential jobseekers. Such employees will add personal data about potential jobseekers. Where this is done, the potential jobseeker is considered as a user in the context of this privacy policy and will be informed of the processing.

Categories of personal data collected and processed
The categories of personal data that may be collected through the service can be used to identify natural persons from names, emails, images and videos, information from Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, answers to questions raised through recruitment, titles, Training and other information provided by the user or others through the service. Only personal data relevant to the interim or recruitment process are collected and processed.

The purpose and lawfulness of the processing
The purpose of collecting and processing personal data is to manage the recruitment and appointment of interim assignments. The legality of the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest in simplifying and facilitating recruitment.
Personal data processed with the purpose aggregated analysis or market research is always made unidentified. Such personal data cannot be used to identify a particular user. Such personal data is therefore not considered personal data.

Consent of the data subject
The user agrees to the processing of personal data with the data controller's purpose of managing recruitment. The user agrees that personal data is collected through the service, when users
A) make an application through the service, and add personal data about itself personally or by using a third party such as Facebook or LinkedIn, and that the controller may use external sourcing tools to add additional Information, and
b) uses the service to connect to the controller's recruitment department, and adds personal data about itself personally or by using a third-party source such as Facebook or LinkedIn.
The user also agrees that the data controller collects publicly available information about the user and compiles them for use in recruitment purposes.
The user agrees that the personal data collected in accordance with the above a) and B) are processed according to the section below storage and transfer and how long the personal data is processed.
The user has the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting the data controller using the contact details provided under 9. However, the use of this right may mean that the user is not able to apply for a particular job or otherwise access the service.

Storage and transfer
The personal data collected through the service is stored and processed within the EU/EEA, such third country as is considered by the European Commission to have an adequate level of protection or is processed by such suppliers who have entered into binding agreements that fully comply with the legality of transfers to third countries (such as Privacy Shield) or to other providers where adequate safeguards exist to ensure the rights of data subjects. How long the personal data is processed
As long as a user does not oppose the processing of his or her personal data in writing, the personal data will be stored and processed by us as long as we deem it necessary in the light of the above mentioned purposes. Please note that a jobseeker (user) may be interesting for future recruitment and for this purpose we can store users ' personal data as long as they are deemed interesting for potential recruitments. If you as a user wish that your personal data is not processed for this purpose (future recruitment), please contact us using the contact details provided in point 9.

3. User Rights
Users have the right to request information about the personal data processed by us by notifying us in writing by using the contact details provided in paragraph 9 below. Users are entitled to one (1) copy of the personal data processed by them at no charge. For additional copies, the data controller is entitled to charge a reasonable fee on the basis of the administrative costs of such demand.
Users are entitled, if necessary, to rectification of inaccurate personal data about that user by requesting such correction in writing using the contact details in paragraph 9 below.
The user has the right to require deletion or restriction of processing, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest under certain circumstances.
The user has the right to revoke consent to processing that has been given by the user to the data controller. The use of this right may, however, mean that the user cannot apply for a particular job or otherwise use the service.
In certain circumstances, the user is entitled to the transfer of their personal data (data portability), which means the right to obtain their personal data and transfer it to another controller, as long as this does not adversely affect Rights and freedoms of others.
The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the processing of his or her personal data, if the user considers that the processing of the personal data violates the current personal data law.

4. Security
We prioritise privacy and therefore work actively to ensure that users ' personal data is treated with the utmost care. We take the steps that may reasonably be required to ensure that users ' personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy and the GDPR.
The transmission of information via the Internet and mobile networks, however, can never be done with absolutely risk-free, which is why all transmission is at your own risk. It is important that users also take responsibility for ensuring that their data is protected. It is the responsibility of users to ensure that their login information is kept secret.

5. Transfer of personal data to third parties
We will not sell or transfer users ' personal data to third parties.
However, we may transfer personal data to:
Our suppliers and subcontractors, in their role as data processors and sub-processors, as per our instructions, for the provision of the service.;

We cooperate with the following categories of processors: Teamtailor, which provides the service, server and hosting companies, companies for e-mail mailings, companies for video processing, information retrieval companies, analytical Service companies and other undertakings linked to the provision of the service.

6. Aggregated data (non-identifiable personal data)
We may share aggregated information with third parties. In such a case, aggregated information is compiled from information gathered through the service and may consist, for example, of statistics on Internet traffic or the geographic location of the use of the service. Aggregated information does not contain any information that is attributable to a particular individual and therefore does not constitute personal data.

7. Cookies
When users use the service, information about the usage will be stored through cookies. Cookies are passive text files stored by the browser on the user's device, such as their computer, mobile or tablet, when connected to the service. We use cookies to facilitate the user's use of the service and to obtain information such as statistics about the user's use of the service. This is done in order to ensure, maintain and improve the service. The information gathered from cookies may also constitute personal data and in that case the processing is subject to our "Cookie Policy" (Link to Policy).
Users can deny the use of cookies at any time by changing settings in their device. However, if this happens, the user's experience of the service may deteriorate, for example, because some features of the service are no longer available.

8. Changes
We have the right to make changes or additions to the privacy policy at any time. The latest version of the privacy policy will always be available through the service. A new version is considered to be communicated to users when the user has either received an email informing the user of the new version (with the email address that the user specifies in connection with the use of the service) or when the user Otherwise be informed by the new privacy policy.
